01. Who you are working with
These terms describe services supplied directly by Individual Entrepreneur MARCUS ALEJANDRO MILOSEVIC, trading as VERAXON (“VERAXON”, “I”, “we” or “us”). “You” means the person or business purchasing the service. VERAXON is a trading name; the registered provider is the individual entrepreneur identified below.

These terms cover the portfolio and direct service orders. A specific written proposal may add project details such as deliverables or a licence. Any difference must be clearly identified and agreed before purchase; it cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
02. Services
Services include sonic branding, custom music production, sound design, brand sound identity consultation and one-to-one artist sound identity coaching and assessment.
- Discovery calls: initial project discovery calls for sonic branding, custom music production and brand sound consultation are free.
- Artist sound identity session: a 60-minute coaching and assessment session, advertised at USD 50 and paid before a booking is confirmed.
- Creative projects: scope, deliverables, revisions, schedule, licence and fees are confirmed in a written proposal before paid work begins. Website price ranges are indicative until a quote is agreed.
Coaching provides creative guidance and feedback. It does not guarantee releases, revenue, audience growth, placements or any particular artistic result.
| Service | Published fee | How it is agreed |
|---|---|---|
| Sonic branding | $1,000–$10,000 per project | Written scope and quote after discovery |
| Custom music production | $500–$1,000 per custom track | Written scope, deliverables and usage rights |
| Brand sound identity consultation | $80 per hour | First discovery call free; paid work agreed separately |
| Artist coaching & assessment | $50 for 60 minutes | Payment required to confirm a paid session |
Game, film, TV and other sound design work is quoted to the brief. Samples of earlier work show experience and style; they are not a promise that a new commission will reproduce another artist’s protected music.
Sound-kit links may take you to Neural Music, BeatStars, ProducerWAV or another seller. Purchases completed with an external seller are subject to that seller’s checkout, product licence and applicable policies. These direct-service terms do not silently replace those terms.
03. Quotes, scope & entering an agreement
An enquiry or free discovery call does not commit you to a paid project. Before paid work begins, the service description or written proposal should identify the supplier, scope, total price or calculation method, payment schedule, delivery arrangements and any material restrictions.
For custom work, we agree the number and type of deliverables, intended use, file formats, included revisions, deadlines, client materials and any third-party costs. If a quote has an expiry date, it will be stated in the quote. No new charge is added solely because a discussion took place.
A direct project order is confirmed when its written scope and fees have been accepted and any agreed initial payment condition is met. For an online session, successful payment and an appointment confirmation are needed to confirm the paid booking. A payment receipt alone should not be mistaken for joining instructions.
You should receive a record of the agreed order and relevant terms that you can keep, such as an email confirmation. Please check names, email addresses, dates, time zones and the agreed brief, and report an error promptly. A significant change to scope, price or schedule requires agreement rather than an automatic additional charge.
04. Prices, payment status & billing
Prices marked with “$” on the portfolio are in US dollars (USD). The final amount, any applicable taxes or additional charges, and the currency actually charged must be shown before you authorise payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
Coaching is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Custom project deposits, instalments and remaining balances are set out in the agreed quote.
The final payable total must be clear before you place a paid order. If a price is to be charged in a currency other than USD, the checkout or invoice must show that currency and amount before authorisation. No optional extra, recurring charge or different service is added without your agreement.
When online card payments are available, checkout is handled on the payment provider’s secure page. This portfolio does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Online checkout is not yet active. A paid coaching booking cannot currently be completed through this website. A discovery call does not count as a paid coaching booking.
When checkout becomes available, accepted payment methods and the provider will be displayed there. A declined or pending transaction does not confirm a paid booking. If your bank shows a debit but no confirmation arrives, contact support with the date, amount and transaction reference before attempting a duplicate payment. Some pending bank entries may be authorisation holds rather than completed charges.
Billing mistakes, duplicate charges and refund requests can be raised through customer support. This does not prevent you from exercising rights available through your bank, card provider or a regulator. Never send your card security code or a complete card number in an email.
05. Online sessions & appointment arrangements
Coaching and consultation sessions are delivered remotely using the joining details in your appointment confirmation. The advertised artist session lasts 60 minutes. Check the displayed time zone and make sure you have a working connection, audio playback and any references you want to discuss.
Prepare relevant songs, references or questions so the session can focus on your goals. Coaching may address influences, arrangement, sound palette, vocal character and creative direction. It is a collaborative creative service, and you remain responsible for your artistic and commercial decisions.
If you are late or cannot connect, contact support as soon as possible. Any effect on the available session time, rescheduling or refund must be handled under the agreed cancellation policy and applicable law. A problem on VERAXON’s side does not automatically become a charge for a missed session.
The website does not automatically record sessions. Any proposal to record a call, transcribe it or use a recording for another purpose must be explained and agreed before recording starts. A session purchase does not by itself authorise publication of your conversation or unreleased work.
06. Delivery, revisions & project changes
Services are delivered remotely. Coaching takes place online at the date, time and time zone in your booking confirmation. Joining instructions are provided with the appointment details.
For custom work, delivery dates, file formats, the delivery method and included revisions are agreed in writing. Audio files and other agreed deliverables are supplied electronically. Physical shipping does not apply to these services.
Please provide accurate contact information and the materials needed for the work. If an agreed milestone is at risk, contact support so a revised plan can be agreed. Unagreed changes to the project scope may require a new quote.
What a revision includes
The proposal defines included revision rounds and the type of changes they cover. Give clear, consolidated feedback against the agreed brief. A new composition, a substantial change in direction, extra versions or additional deliverables may fall outside that scope; any resulting fee or schedule change must be agreed before that extra work is undertaken.
Receiving and checking files
Delivery may be by an agreed download link, email or another agreed electronic method. If a link does not work, a file is damaged or a promised format is missing, tell support so it can be checked. Keep a copy of files once received. A download-link expiry or archive period, if relevant, must be disclosed rather than assumed.
Receiving a file does not remove your right to raise a defect or a failure to match the agreement. Project acceptance and final sign-off should follow the process in the proposal; silence alone is not used to waive mandatory rights.
07. Cancellations, withdrawal & refunds
24-hour coaching cancellation policy: request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new appointment at no additional cost. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not normally refundable, subject to the consumer rights below.
Email veraxon@neuralsyndicate.com with your booking details and tell us whether you want to cancel or reschedule. The notice period is measured against the session start time in your booking confirmation.
If VERAXON cannot deliver your booked session, you may choose a new date or a full refund. For custom work, cancellation charges must be stated in the agreed proposal and must reflect applicable law; no blanket “all payments are non-refundable” rule applies.
Custom projects and partly completed work
If a project is cancelled, the treatment of an advance payment, completed milestones and any unavoidable agreed third-party cost depends on the written agreement and applicable law. Any deduction must be explained. A deposit is not automatically forfeited merely because it is called a deposit. Payment for work lawfully completed before cancellation does not authorise charging for unperformed work.
Your statutory consumer rights
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where Georgian distance-contract rules apply, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from entering a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions may apply, including to certain personalised work and services fully performed with the required prior consent and acknowledgement.
Any consent required for a service to begin during a statutory withdrawal period must be obtained separately before it begins. Merely visiting this site or paying does not automatically waive a statutory right.
An exception is applied only where its legal conditions are actually met. The fact that a service involves creativity or a digital file does not, by itself, establish that every cancellation or refund right has disappeared.
To request cancellation, withdrawal or a refund, contact the support channel on the support page and provide your name, purchase date and booking or transaction reference. A statement that you wish to withdraw is sufficient; no special form is required.
Refunds due under an applicable statutory right are made without undue delay and within the legal deadline. Where Georgian withdrawal rules apply, this is generally no later than 14 calendar days after notice. Refunds are returned through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed; your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
A different refund method will not be imposed in a way that creates an additional cost where the law prohibits it. Approved refunds should be identified by the amount, currency and relevant transaction so you can reconcile them with your statement. Please contact support if an expected refund does not arrive.
Report missing deliverables, technical problems or a service that does not match the agreed scope so it can be investigated and an appropriate remedy arranged. Your statutory remedies remain available.
08. Ownership, licences & permitted use
For commissioned audio, ownership, usage rights, exclusivity, credits and any transfer of rights are defined in the written project agreement. A payment for coaching does not transfer ownership of portfolio music or any third-party work.
Only provide material that you are entitled to share and use for the project. Portfolio examples, trademarks, embedded music and videos remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Displaying a project does not grant visitors a licence to reuse it.
A project agreement should distinguish ownership from permission to use a work, and specify relevant platforms, territories, duration, exclusivity, credits, publishing or royalty arrangements, and any conditions tied to payment. A preview, draft or reference file is not automatically cleared for commercial release.
Third-party samples, licensed instruments, fonts, stock material or other components may remain subject to separate licences. Ownership of final audio does not necessarily include source project files, software, plugin licences or third-party libraries. Any source-file delivery must be agreed explicitly.
Do not assume a licence allows resale as a standalone sample pack, sublicensing, trademark registration or use outside the agreed project. If those uses are important, include them in the brief so they can be addressed in writing before purchase.
09. Confidential information & portfolio use
Unreleased audio, private briefs and non-public business information supplied for a project should be used only for the agreed work and necessary administration. Any non-disclosure agreement or specific confidentiality requirement should be agreed before the information is shared.
Whether final work may be displayed in a portfolio, when it may be announced and how a client is credited should be addressed in the project agreement or a separate permission. These website terms do not grant unrestricted permission to publish a private conversation, unreleased song or confidential brief.
Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. Information may still need to be disclosed to comply with a legal obligation, obtain necessary professional advice or establish a legal claim, with disclosure limited to what is appropriate.
10. Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate brief and contact details, and tell us about material changes that affect the work.
- Supply materials and feedback at the agreed milestones, with the permissions needed to use them.
- Identify a decision-maker if a team or business is commissioning the project.
- Check that the agreed licence covers your planned release, campaign or product use.
- Use booking links, delivered files and support channels lawfully, without harassment or attempts to interfere with the website or another person’s access.
If you are commissioning on behalf of a business, you should have authority to agree the order. If a purchase requires a parent’s or guardian’s authorisation under applicable law, that arrangement must be made before a paid order is confirmed.
11. Service problems, interruptions & remedies
Services should be supplied with the professional care required by the agreement and applicable law. If work is missing, materially different from the agreed brief or technically unusable, describe the problem and provide the relevant project or booking reference so it can be investigated.
An appropriate remedy may include correcting or completing the work, rescheduling an affected session, reducing the price or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights. A revision request about a defect should not automatically be treated as a chargeable change of scope.
If an event beyond reasonable control affects delivery, we should communicate promptly, take reasonable steps to limit the disruption and agree a practical next step. This does not permit keeping a payment for an undelivered service where a refund is due.
Artistic reception and commercial outcomes depend on factors outside a service provider’s control, so a particular audience response or financial result is not promised. No provision in these terms excludes liability or a remedy where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
12. Complaints, changes & applicable law
For questions or complaints about a booking, payment or delivery, please use Contact & support. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Any change to an existing order must be agreed with you. Updated website terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change a confirmed agreement.
A complaint is most useful when it includes your contact details, the service or transaction involved, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Relevant records may be retained to investigate and respond. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may use any available consumer authority, dispute-resolution process or court remedy; contacting us first is not a condition that removes a statutory right.
Georgian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Nothing in these terms removes access to a competent court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
