Help with your booking or project
Cancel, reschedule or request a refund
Contact support with your name, appointment time and booking or payment reference. State whether you would like to cancel, move your session or request a refund. See the cancellation and refund terms for the applicable policy and your statutory rights.
A payment went through but I have no confirmation
Check your spam folder, then contact support with the payment date, amount, currency and transaction reference. Do not send a screenshot that exposes your full card or bank details. If the payment status is unclear, please check with support before trying again.
I cannot access my session or delivered files
Send your booking or project name and a description of the problem, including any error message. Check the time zone in your appointment confirmation. For file issues, include which file or link is affected so the delivery can be checked.
I have a privacy question or complaint
Contact support with a description of your concern or request. See the privacy policy for information about data use and your rights. For a service complaint, describe what happened and the outcome you are seeking.
