01. Who is responsible
Individual Entrepreneur MARCUS ALEJANDRO MILOSEVIC, trading as VERAXON, is the controller responsible for deciding how personal information is used for direct enquiries, bookings, creative projects and customer support. A controller determines the purpose and means of the processing for which it is responsible.
- Business identification number
- 305844030
- Registered address
- Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake district, Zakaria Paliashvili street, N 41, entrance 1, basement
- Privacy contact
- veraxon@neuralsyndicate.com
This notice covers information processed in connection with veraxon.nexus and services ordered directly from VERAXON. External platforms may also be responsible for their own processing. Their separate notices apply when you use those services; this notice does not give VERAXON control over their systems.
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact information on Contact & support.
02. Information we handle
- Enquiries and project work: your name, email address, messages, project brief and any files you choose to provide, used to respond, prepare a quote and deliver agreed work.
- Appointments: contact details, booking answers, the selected service, appointment time and related correspondence, used to arrange and deliver your session.
- Transactions: billing details, the amount, currency, payment status and transaction reference made available by a payment provider, used to confirm purchases, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations. Full card numbers and security codes are not collected by this portfolio.
- Website requests: technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URL and request time may be processed by the hosting and security provider to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
Project material can include reference tracks, demos, voice recordings, comments on a mix, creative preferences, a client’s brand brief and the names of relevant collaborators. Files may contain personal information in their content or metadata. Please share only material needed for the work, and remove unrelated personal information where possible.
The portfolio itself has no customer account or on-site card-entry form. You can view its main content without signing up. Choosing not to provide information needed for a requested quote, appointment or invoice may prevent that particular service from being arranged; optional details should remain optional.
03. Where information comes from
- Directly from you: messages, briefs, files, instructions, feedback and information supplied during an enquiry or session.
- From a service you choose to use: booking information from Calendly and, once checkout is active, transaction information made available by the payment provider.
- From your browser: technical request information generated when the site or an optional external player loads.
- From a commissioning business or collaborator: professional contact details and relevant project information needed to coordinate agreed work.
- From public professional sources: publicly available release credits, artist or brand references and links used to describe portfolio work.
If someone supplies another person’s personal information for a project, they should have authority to share it and provide any required notice. Receiving a file does not create a right to reuse that information for unrelated purposes.
04. Why information is used
| Purpose | Relevant information | Applicable ground |
|---|---|---|
| Answer an enquiry or prepare a quote | Contact details, brief and correspondence | Steps requested before a contract; legitimate interests in responding to relevant business enquiries where appropriate |
| Arrange and deliver a service | Booking details, project files, feedback and delivery information | Contract performance or requested pre-contractual steps |
| Keep accounts and manage payments | Invoices, payment status, transaction and refund records | Legal obligations; contract administration |
| Protect the website and resolve a dispute | Necessary technical logs and relevant correspondence | Legitimate interests, legal obligations or legal-claim grounds, as applicable |
| An optional use requiring permission | The information specified when permission is requested | Consent where required; not bundled into unrelated services |
Only a ground that actually applies to the processing is relied on. Where legitimate interests are used, the purpose must be balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations, and you may raise an objection. Consent can be withdrawn without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
A booking enquiry is not treated as permission to add you to unrelated marketing. This portfolio does not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects, and its browsing flow does not create a personalised advertising profile for VERAXON.
05. Service providers & other recipients
Information is shared only as needed to operate the website, communicate, provide a service, meet a legal obligation or protect legal rights. Relevant services include:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery and security. Cloudflare processes technical request information through its network. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Calendly: booking and appointment management when you follow a scheduling link. Calendly receives information you enter and shares relevant booking details with VERAXON. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
- Spotify and YouTube: optional embedded media players. These services receive a request from your browser when their players are loaded. See the Spotify privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
- Communications and professional support: the email, file-delivery and professional advisers needed to handle your enquiry, project or legally required accounts. Access is limited to the relevant purpose.
Where a provider acts on VERAXON’s instructions, it should receive only the access needed for its task under the appropriate arrangements. Some services also act independently for their own security, legal compliance or account operations; their notices explain those activities.
Relevant information may also be disclosed to a bank, payment dispute handler, accountant, legal adviser, competent authority or court where necessary to meet an obligation, investigate a transaction or establish or defend a claim. This is not permission to publish the underlying client material.
Instagram, Genius, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, sound-kit stores and other linked websites are external destinations. Following a link can disclose technical information to that destination and may connect your visit to an account you already hold there. You do not have to use a social-media account to browse the rest of this portfolio.
06. Payments, refunds & card details
Online card checkout is not currently active. UniPAY is the intended checkout provider. Before card payments go live, this notice will identify the payment service actually used and link to its applicable privacy information. A payment provider may process transaction and fraud-prevention information under its own responsibilities.
When hosted checkout is introduced, card details should be entered only on the genuine payment provider’s checkout page. VERAXON may receive the payer’s name or email, amount, currency, payment status, invoice information and transaction identifiers needed to reconcile a purchase or issue a refund. The exact fields depend on the integration actually used.
This static portfolio has no field that receives your full card number or security code. Do not send these details in a message or project brief. For a payment query, a transaction reference, date and amount are normally more relevant than a card image. Mask unrelated financial information in any supporting screenshot.
Some transaction records must be retained for accounting, fraud investigation or a payment dispute even when other information can be deleted. A privacy request does not automatically cancel a booking or initiate a refund; please state both requests if you want both actions. See the cancellation and refund terms.
08. Public portfolio content, search & AI discovery
The portfolio is a public website intended to be discoverable by search engines and AI-based search or discovery services. Published page text, artwork, credits and links may therefore be crawled, indexed, quoted or cached by third parties under their own practices.
Cloudflare’s Crawler Hints feature may share public URL and content-update signals with participating search engines. It is not a mechanism for submitting your private messages, invoices or project files to a search engine.
Enquiries and private client files are not intentionally published on this portfolio. The site’s browsing and booking flow does not upload those files to an AI model. If a future service proposes an additional use of your material, such as a transcription or AI-assisted analysis involving another provider, that use needs its own explanation and any required agreement or consent.
If public content identifies you inaccurately or includes material that should not be public, contact support with the page link and a description of the issue. A correction on this website may take time to be reflected in external search results or caches.
09. International processing
VERAXON is registered in Georgia, while hosting, scheduling, communications and media providers may operate infrastructure and support teams in other countries. Information may be processed outside Georgia or the country from which you visit, depending on the service you choose to use.
Transfers for which VERAXON is responsible must meet the requirements of applicable law, including any required safeguards or contractual arrangements. The fact that a supplier operates globally does not itself establish that every proposed transfer is lawful. Provider notices give further information about their locations and transfer mechanisms.
You may ask about recipients and applicable transfer safeguards relevant to your information. No claim is made that all information stays in Georgia, that all providers use the same safeguards, or that merely browsing amounts to consent for every international transfer.
10. How long information is kept
Retention depends on the service and the reason for keeping the information. The relevant criteria are whether the matter remains active, whether a contractual or legal obligation still applies, and whether records are needed for a genuine complaint or dispute. Keeping an invoice does not require keeping every creative file indefinitely.
- Enquiries that do not become projects
- Kept while the enquiry and any reasonable follow-up remain active, then reviewed for deletion unless another justified purpose applies.
- Booking and project correspondence
- Kept for delivery, agreed aftercare and any relevant complaint or claim period. A longer creative archive must have a justified purpose or a separate agreement.
- Working audio and delivered files
- Kept as needed to complete agreed work and revisions. Any promised archive or link-availability period is set out in the project arrangements; unlimited storage is not assumed.
- Invoices and transaction records
- Kept for the period required by the applicable accounting, tax and payment-dispute obligations.
- Security records and provider data
- Subject to the purpose of the security function and the provider’s applicable retention practices. VERAXON does not directly control every provider log or account record.
When no relevant purpose remains, information should be deleted or anonymised. Where a backup or legal preservation requirement applies, retained copies should remain restricted rather than reused for unrelated purposes. You can ask about the retention criteria for a particular record.
11. Security & incident handling
Reasonable measures are used to limit access and protect information, including encrypted website connections and service-provider access controls. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Access to project and account information should be limited to what is needed for the service or administration. A public portfolio link is not an appropriate place to store a confidential client file. Let support know if you receive a link or message that appears to expose information to the wrong person.
If an incident affecting personal information is identified, the appropriate response includes investigating, limiting the impact and assessing whether notification to an authority or affected person is required. Notifications must follow the applicable legal requirements; this notice does not promise that every incident will have the same consequence or reporting deadline.
12. Your rights, requests & complaints
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restrictions on processing, or a copy or transfer of eligible data. You may object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To make a request, contact VERAXON using the support page. State what you would like us to do; only the information reasonably needed to verify and handle your request will be requested. Some records may need to be retained to comply with law or resolve a dispute. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Making a useful request
Tell us which information or interaction your request concerns and the action you would like taken. A booking reference or the email used for correspondence can help locate a record. Do not send a passport or full financial document unless there is a specific, explained need for a proportionate verification method.
Requests are handled within the time limits that apply to the right concerned. Under Georgian law, many information, access, correction and deletion requests generally have a 10-working-day response period; only permitted extensions or exceptions apply. If a different law applies, its relevant period must be respected. If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, the reason and available next steps should be explained.
You may complain to the competent supervisory authority without giving up other remedies. In Georgia, the current law assigns personal-data oversight to the State Audit Office of Georgia. You may also have a right to complain to an authority or court in another applicable jurisdiction.
13. Recordings, sensitive information & younger clients
Artist coaching can involve personal creative preferences and experiences, but identity documents, medical records, banking passwords and unrelated sensitive information are not needed to browse the site or discuss a music brief. Please avoid including them in uploaded references or messages.
A voice demo can contain personal information. Using it for an agreed music project is different from processing voice characteristics for unique identification. This portfolio does not run a voice-identification or biometric-authentication feature.
The website does not automatically record a call. If recording or transcription is proposed for a session, the purpose, who receives it and the relevant retention arrangements must be explained before it begins, with any required permission. A purchase does not automatically grant permission for promotional use of a recording.
Where a younger client’s age or local law requires a parent’s or guardian’s involvement, the necessary arrangements must be made before paid services and personal-data processing that require that authorisation. If you believe information has been supplied without the required authority, contact support so it can be assessed.
14. Updates & getting in touch
This policy will be updated when the website, service providers or data practices change. The published version will show its update date. A new version does not retroactively authorise an incompatible new use of existing information; any additional notice or consent required by law must be provided.
For a privacy question, correction, request or concern, use Contact & support or the registered correspondence address in section 01. For commercial matters such as cancellation and refunds, see the terms and conditions. If a request involves both, explain both outcomes you are seeking.
